The Savannah Bananas asked fans to vote for their favorite 6 players that played at Grayson Stadium. Years ago, major league teams left spring training and traveled to Savannah and would play a game before leaving town. Yesterday at the Fan Fest, the 6 players selected had their picture and bio information hanging on the walls of the concourse. The players selected by the fans: Jackie Robinson, Babe Ruth, Hank Arron, Dale Murphy, Lou Gehrig, and John Smoltz.
